Microsoft Platforms Developer (C#/.NET)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid work with remote and in-person requirements. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required; Top Secret/SCI eligibility is required, with an active Top Secret clearance desired.

What you will do

• Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, debug, and document full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, React, and SQL.
• Build integration adapters and stateless REST or GraphQL services with documented authentication, versioning, error handling, and schemas.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows with automated builds, testing, deployment, pull-request controls, environment promotion, and change documentation.
• Create accessible, responsive interfaces using component-based patterns, enterprise UI/UX standards, and reusable design-system components.
• Deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, structured data workflows, schema changes, indexing, stored procedures, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Perform functional, non-functional, security, accessibility, and performance testing while maintaining telemetry, runbooks, API references, and remediation records.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are mandatory, with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• At least four years of professional software development experience with C#, .NET, and Angular or React.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and writing SQL for relational databases.
• Experience with source-controlled CI/CD workflows, pull-request reviews, and automated testing.
• Demonstrated attention to accessibility and secure coding practices.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience with Department of War networks, Risk Management Framework constraints, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Section 508 accessibility testing.
• Trusted Tester certification, DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification, or Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204 or PL-400.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, static application security testing, Agile, or Scrum delivery with government stakeholders.
