Genworth IT Development Program Analyst – 2027

Location: Hybrid position in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside the area.

Salary: $74,000 annual hiring rate, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Complete four six-month rotational assignments across multiple IT disciplines during the approximately 24-month development program.
• Contribute to projects involving application development, IT infrastructure, security, automation, web development, system integration, data science, data engineering, and project management.
• Attend on-site technical and professional development classes, including two IT boot camps.
• Complete formal coursework and on-the-job training in information technology and systems.
• Build professional relationships with peers and mentors.
• Participate in sponsored community service events.

Requirements

• Graduate by Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer, systems, or electrical engineering, computer or management information systems, or mathematics.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Applied technology experience and strong analytical ability.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
