Location: United States; Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX. In-person work is required at least four days per week.

Base salary: $86,200–$99,100 per year for applicants in Colorado, Jersey City, and New York City.

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotations in the 24-month Technology Analyst Program.
• Support enterprise and domain architecture roadmaps, requirements, and technology standards.
• Gather, analyze, and model data to support business decisions.
• Help develop, test, and implement digital, software, cloud, network, and infrastructure solutions.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and technology risk and controls management.
• Contribute to technology project execution, strategic operations, and business management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2027; an unofficial transcript is required with the application.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4.
• Available to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Previous internship experience and in-person availability at least four days per week are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Studies in computer science, engineering, information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, data science, data analytics, software engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
• Exposure to programming, scripting, data analysis, databases, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or related technology platforms.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages.
• Interest in technology innovation and applying technical solutions to business challenges.
