TL;DR
Thought Leader Liaison (U.S. Hematologic Oncology and Transplant) (Oncology Marketing): Building educational and speaker-program platforms while engaging hematologic oncology key opinion leaders and oncology nurses across an assigned U.S. territory with an accent on compliant KOL relationships, market insights, and cross-functional execution. Focus on planning advisory boards and conferences, developing promotional speakers, capturing competitive intelligence, and executing field-based programs with 60%–75% travel.

Location: Denver, Colorado; field-based territory covering Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona. Must reside within the assigned geographic area or a reasonable distance from it. U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $146,250–$243,750 annually.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hematologic oncology key opinion leaders, oncology nurses, and nursing organizations.
  • Execute approved, on-label educational programs, KOL engagements, executive encounters, conferences, and field visits.
  • Collect customer and KOL feedback, competitive intelligence, and insights on brand strategies and materials.
  • Plan and support regional and national advisory boards, including consultant identification, recruitment, and execution.
  • Develop, train, coach, and support promotional speakers using approved materials and compliance processes.
  • Manage speaker-program logistics, reporting, content updates, training summits, and GPO in-practice programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least four years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical work in a related therapeutic area within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Clinical and customer knowledge in hematologic oncology, oncology, or a related therapeutic area.
  • Strong organizational, communication, planning, relationship-building, and execution skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs.
  • Expected travel is approximately 60%–75%, depending on geography.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Multiple myeloma, oncology, infusion product, launch, or marketing experience.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management, analytical, planning, presentation, and multitasking skills.
