Account Operations Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote; Poland or Ukraine

A fast-growing iGaming business group with multicultural teams across development, operations, marketing, legal, finance, and other functions.

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain Facebook accounts and advertising infrastructure for traffic launches.
• Manage the full account lifecycle from acquisition and setup through launch readiness and rotation.
• Set up and maintain Business Managers, Pixels, Audiences, Ad Accounts, and Meta Marketing API infrastructure.
• Check account limits, regions, violations, balances, payment methods, permissions, and access.
• Maintain accurate account inventories and statuses, monitor account health, and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with agencies, media buyers, and web analysts to verify infrastructure before launches.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in account operations, media buying support, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixels, Events, Custom Conversions, and Audiences.
• Basic understanding of the Meta Marketing API, Facebook Developer tools, tracking, conversions, and postback logic.
• Experience working with multiple Facebook accounts and Business Managers, including account limits, balances, permissions, and technical details.
• Ability to maintain structured operational records and manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or Facebook media buying.
• Experience with Facebook Developer accounts, System Users, trackers, CRMs, postbacks, and server-side tracking.
• Understanding of GTM, GA4, and web analytics.
• Experience with anti-detect browsers, agency advertising accounts, account warming, and account rotation.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Media Buying Assistant, or Traffic Operations specialist.
