Let’s Start With a Hello We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who knows how to build strong partnerships, bring in high-quality traffic, and turn opportunities into measurable results. If you have a strong network in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, or Bangladesh , know the iGaming Affiliate market inside out, and enjoy negotiating, scaling partnerships, and driving FTD growth — this role is for you.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and growing key Affiliate partnerships.
• Acquiring major affiliates and media buying teams.
• Building and expanding your partner network across target GEOs.
• Negotiating and closing commercial deals.
• Driving FTD and deposit KPIs.
• Analyzing traffic performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Identifying new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
• Mentoring Junior and Middle Affiliate Managers.
• Contributing to the Affiliate growth strategy across UZ / AZ / TR / BD.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven successful cases and strong performance results.
• Strong network of Affiliate partners and media buying teams.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of our target GEOs: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, or Bangladesh.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Good understanding of iGaming economics and key Affiliate metrics.
• Ability to independently develop and scale partnerships.
• English — B2–C1.
• Proactive, commercial, and results-driven mindset. Bonus Points
  • An active partner base across several of our target GEOs.
  • Experience launching or scaling new markets.
  • Experience mentoring Affiliate Managers.
  • Strong understanding of different traffic sources and acquisition models.
