Marketing Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Work model: on-site, 100%, with a possible three-month remote period at the start. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

What you will do

• Develop and manage affiliate partnerships across LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru.
• Coordinate with affiliates, websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and affiliate networks.
• Review traffic reports, analyze performance metrics, identify traffic quality issues, and provide feedback to partners.
• Align affiliate promotions with product campaigns, bonuses, and market launches in collaboration with Marketing and CRM teams.
• Maintain tracking platforms, commissions, postbacks, and reporting while escalating suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and identify opportunities to improve affiliate conversion and channel performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
• Familiarity with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commercial models.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent Russian and good command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and deadline-management skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming.
• Spanish language skills.
• Understanding of LATAM affiliate markets and ecosystems.
