Senior Manager, Trust and Safety Compliance Audit

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive trust and safety compliance audit programs.
• Conduct onsite and remote compliance audits, review findings, and identify non-compliance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, train, and support a team of trust and safety compliance auditors.
• Partner with fraud operations, product, quality assurance, supply chain, and legal teams to resolve compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain accurate audit documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in trust and safety compliance auditing, including 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a collaborative, results-oriented audit team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality audit outcomes.
