Location: Taguig City, National Capital Region, Philippines; hybrid setup with onsite reporting as required. Night shift or shifting schedules may be required to support global assignments across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.

What you will do

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and accounting support activities.
• Support CFIN account-to-report processes, including data monitoring, error review, journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and close reporting.
• Prepare source ERP-to-CFIN reconciliations, validate financial data, prepare reports, and perform basic variance checks.
• Investigate accounting, reporting, and data quality issues and escalate exceptions to senior team members or process owners.
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, control evidence, and confidential financial records.
• Collaborate with regional teams, Finance Data Management, Data Quality, Compliance, technology partners, and business stakeholders on assigned deliverables and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting, finance operations, account-to-report, general ledger, reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit, shared services, or related finance work; strong fresh-graduate candidates may be considered.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities.
• Ability to review financial data, perform variance checks, follow documented procedures, manage deadlines, and escalate exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, communication skills, and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Willingness to work night shifts or shifting schedules and in a hybrid setup with onsite attendance in Taguig as required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to global account-to-report functions, shared service centers, multinational corporations, or BPO environments.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Central Finance, BlackLine, BRAVO, TM1, Analysis for Office, or other ERP and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, internal controls, or audit requirements.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant finance certification.
• Interest in digital tools, automation, reporting, process improvement, and data quality.
