What you will do

• Identify and manage customer compliance risks, including document requests and account monitoring.
• Conduct customer risk assessments, including source of wealth checks to ensure sustainable spending levels.
• Investigate AML-detected accounts and escalate issues to governance teams as needed.
• Ensure all casework complies with regulatory standards and market requirements.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve escalations and empower agents.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational processes and provide training to team members.

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of AML practices and the igaming industry.
• Customer-centric decision-making approach.
