Quality Assurance Senior Rep (Medical Insurance)

What you will do

• Conduct complex internal, third-party, and ad-hoc quality audits and reviews.
• Perform root cause analysis on audit findings and agree action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor performance trends and recommend improvements to operational processes and procedures.
• Compile accurate audit findings and trend reports for senior management.
• Support the development of audit guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide constructive coaching to fellow auditors.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in the Middle East insurance market.
• Two years of experience in medical claims and/or auditing.
• Excellent Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
• Seasoned knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures, including systems expertise for auditing structures or claim payments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, reporting, communication, conflict-resolution, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, resolve non-routine issues, and collaborate with colleagues across different experience levels and cultural backgrounds.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience with NAS Neuron.
• Medical background.
