What you will do

  • Translate group priorities into targets, owners, timelines, and operating plans.
  • Run operating reviews and identify businesses, teams, or projects that are behind plan.
  • Solve cross-functional problems across product, technology, operations, people, and commercial teams.
  • Build planning, performance management, accountability, and resource allocation processes.
  • Lead the operating setup of new businesses, markets, and teams.
  • Step into critical projects when execution or ownership is weak.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of building and scaling operations in a technology company, startup, or high-growth business.
  • Experience owning company-wide, multi-market, or multi-business execution.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, operating models, and organisational design.
  • Ability to diagnose underperformance and implement effective fixes.
  • Highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable working directly with data, processes, and teams.
