What you will do

• Lead clinical trial strategy and establish or adapt clinical development plans for assigned oncology programs.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Translational Medicine, Project Management, New Product Planning, and Pharmacovigilance.
• Author abbreviated protocols and review final protocols, amendments, informed consent materials, disclosure forms, and study committee charters.
• Lead the clinical interpretation of study results and contribute to clinical study reports, clinical summaries, regulatory documents, and safety materials.
• Evaluate scientific data and author clinical abstracts, conference presentations, and manuscripts when appropriate.
• Present development strategies and clinical results to external investigators, advisory boards, and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• Oncology training through medical oncology or hematology/oncology fellowship, or an MD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Pharmaceutical experience required; 3+ years is strongly preferred.
• Experience in late-stage clinical development is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical trial design and execution.
• Deep understanding of oncology, particularly solid tumor biology, and ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required for collaboration with US and European teams.

Nice to have

• Documented excellence in academic clinical research with achievements that may compensate for relatively less industry experience.
• French or Spanish language skills.
