IT Commercial Analytics Intern (Semester 2026) - P&G Management Internship Program (Data Science)

What you will do

• Work with the Analytics and Insights team on retail and media analytics problems across brands.
• Investigate point-of-sale, geospatial, product and supply, direct-to-consumer, CRM, TV media, and online search datasets from more than 10 countries.
• Understand business objectives and generate impactful commercial insights.
• Build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning and other data science models into IT platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to real-life projects from the first day.

Requirements

• Full-time availability for a six-month internship.
• Current student or recent academic background in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, applied science, or another quantitative field, with a BS, MS, or PhD.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with or knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, or econometrics through coursework or internships.
• Familiarity with operations research, including optimization and simulation, and machine learning models such as tree models, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of big data or cloud environments such as Azure or GCP.
