What you will do

• Manage an underground power and communications construction crew.
• Direct worker activities on underground power construction projects.
• Coordinate installation of solid and stranded conductors, copper, fiber optic, and coaxial cable.
• Operate and oversee the use of various types of heavy equipment.
• Promote safety and maintain accountability for field operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of underground power and communications experience.
• Ability to navigate, run, and operate various types of heavy equipment.
• Reliability, relevant knowledge, and accountability.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Commercial Driver’s License.
