What you will do

• Define relevant risks and controls across assigned Vendor Operations business cycles.
• Create and maintain the Internal Control Framework for purchasing, accounts payable, contract management, and external worker management.
• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain SOx control frameworks.
• Train stakeholders and raise awareness of SOx requirements across the first and second lines of defense.
• Manage internal control and SOx deficiencies and ensure their timely resolution.
• Partner with stakeholders and participate in projects affecting internal control and SOx frameworks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with a completed RA/RO qualification or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance or auditing.
• Experience at a Big Four audit firm, or in internal control or internal audit within an international environment.
• Strong experience implementing and maintaining internal control frameworks, including COSO and SOx.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
