Senior Manager, Accounting (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead governance and deployment of Global Chart of Accounts structures and related financial master data.
• Govern Financial Close processes, reconciliation standards, BlackLine controls, and month-end close activities.
• Define Finance master data standards, hierarchies, account mappings, reporting structures, and governance processes.
• Align accounting and management reporting requirements with SAP and other system capabilities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution decisions, testing, deployment readiness, and business sign-offs.
• Partner with Finance, Controllership, Internal Controls, Audit, GCC, and IT teams while driving continuous improvement across global Finance processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting, Controllership, Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Financial Close, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of accounting processes, financial governance, Chart of Accounts design, reconciliation, and financial master data.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting governance frameworks.
• Experience with Finance transformation, SAP implementations, ERP transformation programs, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders, and work across multiple regions and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with ALM or equivalent test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience working within a multinational organization.
