Technology 2027 Spring Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role available at J&J locations across the United States, including New Brunswick, Raritan, Titusville, Fort Washington, Horsham, Spring House, West Chester, Jacksonville, Palm Beach Gardens, Irvine, and Santa Clara. Some assignments may be in-person or virtual.

Salary: $26.00/hour for sophomores, $28.00/hour for juniors, $29.00/hour for seniors, and $34.00/hour for master's students.

What you will do

• Build technology solutions for business partners and contribute to measurable business value.
• Support a designated technology area as an individual contributor and team member.
• Work with stakeholders to advance projects and programs across the J&J Technology portfolio.
• Conduct data and process analysis to support the development of technology solutions.
• Develop experience in areas such as data engineering, AI, software engineering, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, digital health, and device engineering.

Requirements

• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with an undergraduate sophomore standing or above by the start date.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, from January 11 through June 21, 2027.
• Preferred fields include information technology, computer science, software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, graphic design, mathematics, and related disciplines.
