Finance Intern (Finance)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan; hybrid schedule. Candidates must be based in Almaty or ready to relocate there with company support.

Salary: 600,000 KZT gross per month, plus a 35,000 KZT net monthly lunch and flexibility allowance.

What you will do

• Lead projects involving business analysis, financial data management, and reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across distribution, manufacturing, and logistics spend.
• Develop forecasts and support budgeting for business units.
• Recommend efficiency and automation improvements for financial processes.
• Support cash collection and external financial reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments while receiving manager coaching.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate within two years of graduation.
• Good command of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in solving logic- and algebra-based problems.
• Strong data manipulation skills, preferably in Excel.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• No immigration sponsorship is available.
