Accelerator - Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Lyon, France — hybrid, with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days per week

Salary: €64,000–€85,333 gross annual salary, plus short-term and collective variable compensation

What you will do

• Design, deliver, and run software solutions supporting Manufacturing & Supply innovation and faster medicine delivery.
• Build and maintain scalable, maintainable, reliable, and cloud-native applications.
• Translate requirements into high-quality, performant code and contribute to technical vision and engineering strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, technical teammates, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own technical decisions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to shared codebases, tools, standards, and documentation.
• Use AI thoughtfully across requirements refinement, code generation, reviews, quality controls, bug resolution, and maintenance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, modern DevOps principles, microservice architectures, and API design.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, or a similar tool.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required for international collaboration.
