What you will do

• Develop, facilitate, and manage communications graphics, publications, reports, strategies, plans, logos, awards, coins, and forums.
• Translate complex programmatic and technical information into clear written and visual products.
• Support customer communication and engagement strategies across internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Plan and execute morale events, Congressional communications, strategic outreach, organizational branding, and executive briefings.
• Provide photography for organizational charts, awards, and special events while turning executive vision into finished products.
• Coordinate meetings, provide technical consultation, and support recommendation briefings across multiple System Program Offices.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required and must be maintainable.
• 10–12 years of experience with a BS/BA, 8–10 years with an MS/MA, or 5–7 years with a PhD.
• More than 3 years of experience developing, facilitating, and managing communications graphics, publications, strategies, and plans for a large organization.
• Experience working with executive leaders and converting their vision into written and displayable products.
• Proficiency with Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other communication tools.
• Ability to operate effectively across SETA, FFRDC, and government lines of authority.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, Multi-INT, and space and ground architectures.
• Degree in arts, marketing, communications, or policy.
