Technician I, Purification

Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States. Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

What you will do

• Manufacture plasma products through protein separation and purification processes.
• Operate ultrafiltration systems and initiate processes through the Process Automated System.
• Perform column chromatography using columns up to 80 cm and carry out nanofiltration activities.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, make flow-panel connections, and perform pH and conductivity measurements.
• Prepare product samples, complete batch records, and maintain raw-material inventories.
• Assist Group Leaders with training other technician positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous GMP experience.
• Ability to follow cGMPs and procedures with close attention to detail.
• Strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies.
• Completion of required compliance training and accurate documentation.
