QA Engineer/Tester

Location: Minneapolis, MN; local candidates required with mandatory face-to-face interview

What you will do

• Handle complex quality assurance and test environment problems.
• Create, prepare, and conduct quality assurance reviews, test plans, and test scripts.
• Establish consistent testing methodologies with clients and coordinate project testing activities.
• Analyze, test, and certify application-specific software and review business requirements and functional specifications for ambiguity.
• Log, track, and verify software and specification defects while documenting all QA phases.
• Plan QA schedules and assignments, monitor project status, and mentor less experienced staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience.
• Hands-on coding experience with UFT and Visual Basic.
• Experience with ALM integration.
• Experience with Excel and solid communication skills.
• Must be local to Minneapolis and available for a face-to-face interview.
• W-2 employment is required.
