Location: Vienna, Austria, with up to 40% hybrid work
Salary: β¬69,000ββ¬109,480 gross annual base pay, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and functional teams across Austria to translate business drivers into actionable financial insights.
- Own planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and variance-analysis processes covering sales, gross-to-net, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
- Coordinate close and management-reporting activities, ensuring accurate submissions, clear variance explanations, and effective collaboration with Global Services and Finance partners.
- Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and resource-allocation recommendations for growth priorities, product launches, and portfolio decisions.
- Maintain financial governance, data quality, compliance, controls, and revenue assessments.
- Drive simplification, standardization, digitalization, and selected Finance improvement projects using analytics and workflow automation.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically 3β5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, commercial finance, or a comparable analytical role.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills, with demonstrated ownership of planning, reporting, or decision-support deliverables.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influencing skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent English required for communication with local and international partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Analysis for Office, Anaplan, or automation tools.
- Business-fluent German.
