Minimum salary: €2,362 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is stated to be significantly higher.

What you will do
- Partner with managers and budget owners across global HR, Legal, and Finance.
- Coordinate planning, forecasting, business plans, revised estimates, and long-term forecasts.
- Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, commentary, and ad hoc controlling analysis.
- Maintain controlling master data, including cost centers, internal orders, and hierarchies.
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify controlling activities and improve analytical quality.
- Support workforce planning and reporting, intercompany recharges, and cross-functional business initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
- Initial professional experience in controlling, financial planning, reporting, accounting, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Affinity for AI and digital tools, plus experience with ERP, business intelligence, consolidation, or planning systems.
- Travel requirement of 0–10%; familiarity with SAP FI, CO-PA, or SD and workforce planning is advantageous.
