ED Technician - ER - Part Time Nights

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite part-time night shift: 24 hours per week, 7:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m., every other weekend.

hirify.global operates Elliot Health System, including a 42-bed, full-service, Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department serving children and adults.

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, emotional support, and basic clinical needs.
• Observe patients and report symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in condition to the RN.
• Provide basic support to patients and families in the Emergency Department.
• Communicate questions and concerns to the Emergency Department Lead Tech and ED Leadership Team.
• Support clerical unit responsibilities, including charting, filing, receiving visitors, and answering phones.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of Licensed Nursing Assistant experience.
• Current New Hampshire LNA licensure is required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it during employment.
• CPI Foundation and CPI Advanced certifications are required within six months of hire.
• Phlebotomy certification is required within one year of hire.

Nice to have

• Emergency Department experience.
• Phlebotomist experience.
