What you will do

• Participate in structured rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
• Execute strategic project deliverables and present findings to functional leaders and key stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
• Prepare professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
• Engage with employees and leadership to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
• Contribute to financial performance and strategic decision-making while completing the formal training curriculum.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
• Available for a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.
