Senior Application Analyst (SAP PPDS)

hirify.global is partnering with a biotech industry organization on digital manufacturing, production planning, and quality management applications.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of applications supporting production planning, digital manufacturing, and quality management.
• Provide primary support for end users, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze complex technical and business challenges and implement system enhancements and solutions.
• Guide workflow design, configuration, testing, and integration across SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, Quality Management, MM, and PP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors, prioritize enhancement requests, and report project and issue status to leadership.
• Develop documentation, processes, and training materials while mentoring team members and supporting user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application analysis, configuration, or project delivery.
• Strong expertise in SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management configuration and support.
• Experience with SAP MM and PP modules and understanding of cross-system integration points.
• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and work in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills; willingness to support off-hours work and occasional travel.
