Mobile Developer (React Native)

Location: Hybrid role with 1 day per week in the Omaha, Nebraska office. Candidates should live within driving distance of the office and reside in Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, or Texas.

What you will do

• Build and maintain modern front-end applications and shared experience components for web, mobile, and marketing initiatives.
• Own digital capabilities from design handoff through development, release, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.
• Design reusable front-end architectures, including micro frontends, shared UI components, and experience modules.
• Integrate front-end solutions with APIs, data, analytics, marketing engagement, and headless content management platforms.
• Use analytics, experimentation, and user testing to improve personalization, digital adoption, and customer experiences.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 12–14 weeks for a two-week period.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience building production digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks, React, and React Native, including responsive, accessible, and performant application development.
• Experience with reusable front-end architecture, shared components, or micro frontend patterns.
• Experience integrating APIs, data and analytics platforms, marketing engagement tools, and headless content management systems.
• Knowledge of web and mobile security, privacy, accessibility, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices; Azure is preferred.
• Experience using AI-driven tools such as Lovable, Claude Code, or Codex, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
