Senior Manager, Investments & Asset Management

What you will do

• Evaluate direct and co-investment opportunities, including business, financial, structural, legal, and tax considerations.
• Build and stress-test LBO, DCF, returns, and sensitivity models for investment decisions.
• Screen, evaluate, and monitor private equity and venture capital fund managers and investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda, recommendation materials, portfolio reports, and performance analyses.
• Support cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, portfolio construction, risk analytics, and capital-account reconciliation.
• Review operating-asset performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide financial decision support to affiliated business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 8–10+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
• Master's degree, MBA, and/or similar credentials or certifications are highly desirable.
• CFA certification is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
