Clinical Quality & eClinicalWorks Specialist

Location: Permanent work from home in the United States, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

What you will do

• Develop and deliver clinical education and training programs for staff.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical chart audits and quality reviews.
• Implement and monitor continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in clinical documentation.
• Support the client’s mission of improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes through technology.

Requirements

• Professional experience in clinical staff education and training.
• Experience conducting clinical chart audits and quality reviews.
• Hands-on experience with the eClinicalWorks electronic medical records system.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement processes and documentation standards.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, for 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner credentials.
