What you will do

• Design temporary and permanent structures associated with utility, infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects.
• Develop structural calculation submittals, design drawings, and shop drawings.
• Support project pursuits and bids through preliminary evaluations and analyses.
• Coordinate with engineers, design teams, and field teams.
• Support other engineers and senior engineers with assigned technical work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience designing temporary works, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Successful completion of the FE exam.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and finite element analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures.
• Previous construction field experience.
