Sr Analyst, Credit Analytics (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, recommend, document, and execute consumer credit underwriting and pricing strategies.
• Extract and analyze historical customer performance data from multiple systems.
• Develop, test, and implement strategies using R, SAS, SQL, MATLAB, Python, and decision tree software.
• Apply regression models and machine learning algorithms to understand customer behavior and strategy drivers.
• Build credit-cycle strategy optimization frameworks to support profitable growth and loss mitigation.
• Improve reporting and processes through automation, quality control, analysis, and presentations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, statistics, economics, business management, computer science, or another quantitative discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving; a master’s or PhD may offset this requirement.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and credit strategy development.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and communicate results effectively to management.
