Senior Associate, Reporting & Performance (Fixed Income)

What you will do

• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, including RFPs and DDQs.
• Automate reporting and operationalize processes across groups.
• Create and monitor daily dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Perform analyses related to analytics, performance, holdings, and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal and third-party providers to resolve issues.
• Participate in scrum calls and stay informed about the development agenda.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a fixed income financial firm.
• Expert understanding of performance calculations, Brinson attribution, fixed income attribution, Geneva, and financial analytics such as yields, spreads, and durations.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA, CFA, FRM, CIPM, or deep experience with fixed income financial analytics.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, organization, problem-solving, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Python, R, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Monis, or risk models.
