What you will do

• Design and develop new or revised pharmaceutical and biological processes for transfer from research to manufacturing.
• Develop procedures for economical mass production with pilot-plant and production departments.
• Conduct tests and measurements throughout production to control applicable process variables.
• Service, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving production processes and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain reports supporting regulatory compliance of plant processes and procedures.
• Recommend new technological equipment and materials when applicable.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical or biological process development and technology transfer.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and process troubleshooting.
• Ability to conduct production testing, evaluate process variables, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with research, pilot-plant, and production departments.
