Associate Director, Marketing - Alamo (Music Marketing)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage music releases, campaign timelines, release logistics, and marketing tools.
• Plan release campaigns and support long-term career planning for artists.
• Coordinate project needs, deadlines, assets, and delivery across publicity, radio, synch, A&R, creative, digital, and commerce teams.
• Create weekly marketing reports, communicate release updates, and track campaign results.
• Develop creative marketing ideas and maintain a continuous flow of artist content.
• Collaborate with artists and management on campaign goals, digital plans, social media rollouts, DSP campaigns, and artist brand development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience in the music industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work creatively and strategically within defined budgets and timelines.
• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Triller, Reddit, and Snapchat.
• Understanding of the DSP landscape, digital marketing strategy, Twitch, Discord, and other technology platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change.
