TL;DR
Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake): Designing and delivering end-to-end data solutions, pipelines, and ETL processes with an accent on data architecture, governance, quality, and security. Focus on leading complex consulting projects, managing teams, developing client solutions, and supporting pre-sales scoping and estimation.
Location: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, or Vijayawada, India

What you will do
- Design and develop end-to-end data solutions, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
- Lead data engineering and data architecture work using Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Hadoop, dbt, Fivetran, and Azure Data Factory.
- Manage complex and large consulting projects throughout the development and maintenance lifecycle.
- Lead technical delivery, manage projects and teams, and deliver solutions within defined timeframes.
- Support pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimation, and presenting solutions to clients.
- Build client relationships and contribute to practice development in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering and data architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with experience developing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing projects and teams, working with globally distributed teams, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in pre-sales activities, consulting project delivery, and practice development.
- Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.
