Automotive Accounting Specialist

What you will do

• Process vendor, parts, and credit card invoices accurately and efficiently each day.
• Upload invoices within 24 hours of receipt to support compliance and workflow efficiency.
• Reconcile vendor statements and credit card accounts.
• Investigate and follow up on missing, outstanding, and aged invoices.
• Support month-end close activities and maintain complete documentation.
• Respond to internal teams and vendor inquiries while helping maintain financial controls and consistent processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a Dealership Management System is preferred.
• Automotive accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is preferred.
• An accounting degree is preferred but not required.
