HR Managerial Trainee

Location: Hybrid work in Targowek, Warsaw, Poland; 3 days per week in the office and up to 2 days working from home.

Salary: 10,800 PLN gross per month for full-time work.

What you will do

• Work in talent development, labor relations, communications, or organization effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on engagement, retention, learning, and communication projects.
• Independently manage meaningful HR projects with partners across Sales, Brand Management, Finance, and Logistics.
• Develop leadership and professional capabilities through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and formal training.

Requirements

• Currently in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of university, or a recent graduate.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Office 365.
• Strategic orientation combined with an operational approach in diverse organizations and teams.
• Availability to work from the Targowek office in Warsaw 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience from student organizations, volunteer work, or internships.
• Evidence of achievements in academic or non-academic activities.
