Salary: $150,000–$268,640 base pay per year, plus a discretionary bonus that may include equity.

What you will do

• Sell ETF, mutual fund, and multi-asset-class products and services to suitable prospects and generate fee revenue.
• Identify prospects, research their needs, prioritize opportunities, and create business plans.
• Act as the regional technical expert on hirify.global products, services, and the external marketplace.
• Prepare customized sales presentations for large and complex clients.
• Build relationships with advisors and recommend relevant investment, trust, custody, and securities solutions.
• Monitor industry regulations, competitors, and market offerings while coordinating with internal partners.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of investment sales experience.
• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• NASD Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and 65, required.
• Knowledge of investment management products, including fixed income, active and passive equities, cash, securities, and international products.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
