What you will do

• Manage quality standards for strategy- and investment-level performance analytics, including TWR, MWR, IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, and RVPI.
• Review and approve performance outputs, exposure and attribution reports, valuation data, client templates, meeting packs, and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Oversee investor-reporting data packs, RFP and DDQ inputs, capital-account schedules, transaction schedules, LP reporting, and investor-specific reporting requirements.
• Manage automation priorities across SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DAX, Power Query, dataflows, and paginated reports.
• Set standards for data sourcing, break investigation, testing, version control, release management, and secure reporting-data access.
• Lead cross-functional relationships and develop analysts, associates, and senior associates while managing capacity, quality, deadlines, and escalations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at an asset manager, investment bank, fund administrator, or financial-services company.
• Deep experience with alternative investments, investment reporting, portfolio analytics, performance concepts, exposure, attribution, benchmarks, and investor-reporting outputs.
• Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, Power BI, and modern reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated people management, quality-review discipline, cross-functional leadership, and senior-stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, FRM, CAIA, CIPM, or Chartered Accountant credentials are valued.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Python for data analysis and automation, plus prompt engineering with approved GenAI tools.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, deployment pipelines, and secure data-access patterns.
• Knowledge of alternative-investment accounting, eFront-style workflows, side-letter requirements, and ILPA reporting standards.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
