Graphics Customer Advisor - 1st Shift (Graphic Design)

What you will do

• Work with internal and external customers to understand graphic concepts, answer requests, and manage change orders.
• Design artwork and graphics for customized truck bodies.
• Provide guidance on graphic and design concepts and partner with marketing and sales.
• Prepare complex graphics, materials, and pieces for application, including sealing and related painting activities.
• Order special parts and inventory and review checklists, work orders, and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow required safety procedures and instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in graphic design or comparable experience.
• Strong computer and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask while following work orders, blueprints, manuals, and supervisor instructions.
• Ability to work required hours and overtime as needed and maintain excellent attendance.
• Ability to perform physical and safety-related duties, including standing, climbing ladders and trucks, operating tools, and wearing personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in computer-aided graphic design or advanced graphic training.
• Proficiency with Gerber Omega and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of graphic printing, output, and production, including vinyl or reflective materials.
• Experience with Cut Master, ONYX RIP Software, or department 25.
