Clinical Research Assistant II

What you will do

• Perform daily clinic tasks supporting coordinators with study procedures, including electronic self-assessment questionnaires, check-in, informed consent, instrumentation, and photography assistance.
• Prepare study materials, send appointment reminders, and quality-check study documents.
• Assist with developing study paperwork and support other departments when needed.
• Follow Good Clinical Practice guidelines, applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide respectful customer service to clients and study participants while maintaining safety and operational integrity.

Requirements

• Associate degree or at least one year of administrative or clerical work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow study instructions and protocols according to GCP guidelines, regulations, and SOPs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Ability to report to the clinic on time and lift moderately heavy items.

Nice to have

• CCRC or CCRA certification.
