QC Lab Technician II (Semiconductor)

Location: Fremont, California, United States; onsite laboratory role

Salary: $30–34 per hour, with actual pay based on overall skills and experience.

What you will do

• Provide routine analytical support for wafer substrates used in semiconductor applications.
• Operate LPC, titration, pH, conductivity, specific gravity, Zetasizer, and other analytical equipment.
• Test and analyze R&D samples, manufactured materials, and in-process samples.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, control charts, and equipment certifications.
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibration, document batch numbers and results, and manage the laboratory sample queue.
• Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment and support scientists across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, ideally chemistry or a related physical or biological science.
• Ability to perform laboratory responsibilities safely, competently, and proficiently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and independent working skills.
• Ability to learn and become proficient in multiple analytical techniques.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Hands-on experience with analytical equipment.
• Experience with Minitab.
