Fabrication Technician, EPIC Crown Jewels

Location: Struer, Denmark; work in the Struer office is required. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Salary: kr 426,000–kr 624,800 annual gross base salary.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and document fabrication of Crown Jewel parts, applications, and equipment.
• Build custom A-surface applications for tabletop presentation modules, experience integrations, and concept cars.
• Install system wiring and components into test racks and Crown Jewels.
• Coordinate suppliers, CAD data, prototypes, components, schedules, and project estimates.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, the fabrication shop, industrial design, and suppliers.
• Perform quality assurance and apply lessons learned to improve processes, timing, cost, and quality.

Requirements

• Technician degree or higher and at least 1 year of experience in custom part design, installation, soldering, and hardware installation.
• Experience handling A-surface parts, detailed mechanical assemblies, electrical system wiring, metalwork, and parts fabrication.
• Experience with vinyl, leather, and fabric wrapping; ability to use hand tools and shop equipment.
• English is required for communication and documentation, and Danish language skills are mandatory in written and spoken communication.
• Strong organization, analytical and communication skills, hands-on mentality, quality focus, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A clean driving record is required for use of a hirify.global or customer-owned vehicle.

Nice to have

• Financial knowledge and experience with electrical, in-vehicle components and subsystems.
• Experience writing reports and technical correspondence for internal customers and external suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
