Location: Csömör, P&G Budapest Plant, Hungary

Salary: 858,470 HUF per month

What you will do

• Support, simplify, and develop manufacturing processes.
• Learn and apply LEAN-based operational processes.
• Support waste elimination and technical development projects.
• Coordinate business and savings projects.
• Collaborate with experts, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop engineering, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of an Engineering, Technical Manager, or other STEM BSc/MSc program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
• Be available for 24–40 hours per week.
• Be proficient in Hungarian and English.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and good communication skills.
