Location: Tampa, FL, United States; onsite full-time role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Manage complex fiduciary and wealth management relationships for sophisticated clients, their service teams, and professional advisors.
- Lead goals-driven wealth management conversations and provide holistic guidance on products, services, regulatory developments, and tax changes.
- Identify fiduciary risks and apply internal policies, procedures, applicable laws, and sound judgment to support prudent risk management.
- Build relationships with referral sources and external advisors to support client service, business development, and new opportunities.
- Advise Relationship Advisors on complex fiduciary matters and serve as a subject matter expert and Fiduciary Specialist.
- Teach and mentor less experienced partners while continuing to develop fiduciary and advisory expertise.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing complex client relationships and strong knowledge of fiduciary financial products and services.
- Experience with fiduciary accounts and technical knowledge of investment, tax, legal, and operational considerations.
- Deep understanding of fiduciary standards, principles, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, delegation, sales, communication, and organizational skills.
- College or university degree or equivalent professional experience required; JD or similar credential strongly preferred.
- Typically 12–15 years of experience in relationship management, trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields.
