What you will do
- Manage receivables processes, including accurate invoice issuance and tracking incoming receipts.
- Support month-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain accounting operations and provide backup support for critical processes.
- Identify and implement accounting process improvements.
- Support financial analysis, annual budgeting, and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
- Moderate experience with accounting, US GAAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail orientation, strong communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work in-office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
