Location: Remote, Manila, Philippines. Working hours: AU Hours.

Salary: PHP 65,000–75,000 per month.

What you will do

• Edit TAYA-style FAQ and educational videos to established quality benchmarks.
• Progressively support cinematic, brand-led edits for clients including Bentley and other high-end brands.
• Color grade Sony S-Log 3 footage and create polished, on-brand visuals.
• Master audio independently to broadcast-ready standards using internal SOPs.
• Manage end-to-end editing workflows in Premiere Pro and use After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and finishing.
• Select and pace footage effectively while communicating with Australian leadership about turnarounds, feedback, and revisions.

Requirements

• Strong, active portfolio or Instagram presence demonstrating visual style, finesse, and quality.
• Experience editing construction or trades content, brand-focused media, or commercial client work.
• Hands-on experience with Sony S-Log 3 or other log color-space workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• MacBook required; ability to work comfortably on macOS.
• Strong audio skills and the ability to complete mastering independently according to SOPs.

Nice to have

• Videography or camera-operation experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Comfort working in an early-career team dynamic.
