Senior Tax Manager - C-Corp (Tax)

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market and multinational clients.
• Lead day-to-day client relationships and advise on corporate and flow-through taxation matters.
• Consult on accounting methods, ASC 740, and other technical tax matters and special projects.
• Research tax issues, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with state and local, high-net-worth, international, research and development, credits, and incentives tax practices.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, profitability, client development, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA, EA, or law license.
• At least eight years of professional experience.
• Experience providing tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm.
• Experience with C-Corp clients and at least five years of supervisory, mentoring, and counseling experience preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
